This 1,705 square foot home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the main house. The Sony flat screen sofa in the living room is a large L-shaped bohemian sofa with reclining seating and built-in Bluetooth. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a King size bed, 65-inch smart TV with Netflix in the house and streaming of your choice. There is a sink with mirror, large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a blue penny tile shower with sauna. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main floor with a Queen size bed, desk for work area, 32″ smart TV with Netflix and streaming channels. The 3rd bedroom is located on the main floor (kid’s room theme). There are two bunk beds with two single bunk beds, dresser,32-inch smart TV with Netfllx and streaming channels of your choice.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, mini fridge, fully stocked with bottled water, has everything you need for cooking, Kiering coffee maker with coffee pods, tea creamer and sugar. There is a popcorn machine, microwave, blender, electric hand mixer. The garage has been converted into a games room with air conditioning, foosball table, ping pong table, darts, smart TV and arcade machine.
Laundry room: front load washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and iron.
Outside area: outdoor dining table – seats six under a well-lit pergola.
